A rich collection of objects with a varied historical narrative, a variety of photographic and archival material and an extensive professional library offer you an insight into the multitude and importance of mountaineering in Slovenia. Take a walk around the permanent exhibition with the inspiring concept “The path is a story, the story is the path”. The exhibition trail takes you from the call of the mountains and preparation for the trail through the mountain huts to the conquest of the peaks. There is an information point of the Triglav National Park on the ground floor, you can buy an original souvenir in the museum shop, and your children can enjoy learning workshops in the summer.
