The Slovenian Alpine Museum will be merry again during the holidays. Welcome to join us for our winter holiday workshops, where there will be something for everyone in the programme.
- On Monday, 6 February at 16:00, there will be a workshop entitled “How a mountain shoe is made” will be held by Sonja Koren Valjavec from the Tržič Museum.
- On Tuesday, 7 February at 16:00, there will be a workshop entitled “Sports polygon and the making of an Olympic wreath” will be held by Nataša Robežnik from the Museum of Contemporary History of Slovenia.
- On Thursday, 9 February at 16:00, a workshop entitled “Planika and Jalovec” will be held by curator and educator Natalija Štular from the Slovenian Alpine Museum.
- On Friday, 10 February at 16:00, there will be a workshop entitled “The Olympic Games”, organised by the Slovenian Olympic Committee.
The focus of the workshops is an exhibition on sport climbing entitled “By fingers into the wall” and 130 years of the Slovenian mountaineering organisation. The workshops are suitable for families and children from the age of 6, and for younger children accompanied by an older person.
Price per workshop: 6 EUR/person
