An international Euroloppet series cross-country skiing marathon for enthusiasts and professionals in both classic and skating styles. Held in the scenic Planica Valley, Slovenia, the site of the Nordic World Ski Championships.
Experience the vibrant winter sports atmosphere in Slovenia, the heart of Europe, where top international competitions are held annually, and tracks are maintained to the highest standards. Join a professionally organized marathon along the picturesque Planica Valley with gentle terrain, ideal for skiers of all levels. Start and finish at the iconic stadium that has hosted the World Championships. Races will take place on February 1st (skating: 42, 21, 10, and 5 km) and February 2nd (classic: 21, 10, and 5 km), including special children’s races.
In addition to the sports competitions, there will be an opening ceremony and a concert in Kranjska Gora, which overlooks the Julian Alps.
