The start of the ferrata is from the asphalt road in the Gozd Martuljek, leading to Srednji Vrh just before the bridge, which crosses the stream flowing from Jerman Waterfall. The difficulty is around D all the time, even E in parts.
The start of the ferrata is already quite difficult (D) – a vertical climb over a smooth wall leading to the Jerman waterfall. Then crossing a stream over a suspension bridge. Then the most difficult part of the ferry begins, which is along the wall on the left side of the waterfall. There is then a very exposed traverse to the right, leading into the gorge above the waterfall. Another bridge over the stream follows and the final part of the ferrata, which is also quite challenging, begins. The descent follows the same route as from the Via Ferrata Hvadnik, i.e. the road leading from Srednji Vrh to Gozd Martuljek.

The protected route is CLOSED from 31 October to 1 April.
