In September 2024, the food truck fleet will visit us again. A real gourmet feast will take place in the car park in front of the Kompas Hotel in Kranjska Gora, as the Caravan of Flavours, a travelling street food truck, arrives and is sure to attract visitors from near and far and add to the vibrancy of the city.
The Caravan of Flavours is Slovenia’s first food truck festival. With colourful trucks and trailers full of delicacies, we stop in the city centre, put on the handbrake, fire up the ovens, open the hatches and prepare the best street food in the country right in front of your eyes.
On the morning of Friday 6 September, we’ll drive to the small meadow behind the Ramada Resort and together we’ll create a real culinary feast until late Saturday night.
Who all will be coming to Kranjska Gora this year?
The Beer Bulli is the iconic VW van, the oldest vehicle in the fleet, which pours several types of cold, refreshing beer from its side.
Skunk Urban Kitchen and their sandwiches are welcomed with open mouths everywhere – and for the first time, they’ll be in Kranjska Gora.
The American Burger Red Trailer will be smelling of typical American burgers and fries. The sauces win anyway.
The Waffle Trailer has an endless menu of waffles and American fluffy pancakes. A must-stop for all sweet tooths.
The Wine Trailer is a mobile wine barrel, a wine shop on wheels full of grape joy.
