The apartments are located in a quiet area of Rateč, at the foot of the forest. A walking path is in the immediate vicinity. You can walk to the Zelenci Nature Reserve or past pastures to a cycle path. Excellent starting point for cycling, hiking, mountain biking, mountaineering, skiing.
Behind the apartment house there is a green area for the guests of the apartments. Under the awning with a large wooden table, guests can prepare a delicious meal on the barbecue.
The apartment house also has a storage room for bicycles and skis, as well as ski boot dryers.
