The disappearing waterfall
The Črne vode Waterfall springs from under the Slemenova Špica Mountain at an altitude of 1,909m. It falls in many waterfalls, the last one is 70m high and disappears immediately under the waterfall. Four frozen waterfalls are visible in winter.
Access to the waterfall is easy: at the mountain lodge in the Tamar Valley proceed towards Sleme, cross the dry riverbed and after 20 minutes you will reach the waterfall. The trail is also suitable for a family excursion.
