Windstorm Radovna – closed roads in the valley Krma and Kot

The Krma and Kot valleys are closed until further notice to deal with the effects of the windstorm.

In order to deal with the consequences of the windstorm, we urge all people to stay away from the wider area of the windstorm. At the same time, we appeal to all those who are in the area to strictly follow the instructions and orders of the persons carrying out protection and rescue tasks.

Interventions by the Protection and Rescue teams are still ongoing. The passability of the roads in the Krma and Kot valleys has been restored. Due to the extent of the windstorm and the recovery efforts, all traffic routes are closed until further notice.

Local clean-up of the Radovna area is ongoing. In addition, arrangements are being made to ensure the conditions for the supply of electricity to the Kovinarská hut in Krma.
