Destination Kranjska Gora and the Slovenian Tourist Board participate in the Green Scheme of Slovenian Tourism project under the umbrella brand Slovenia Green. In 2022, Destination Kranjska Gora was awarded the Slovenia Green Bronze Label.
The Slovenian Green Tourism Scheme (ZSST) is a national programme and certification scheme under the umbrella brand SLOVENIA GREEN:
brings together all efforts for the sustainable development of tourism in Slovenia,
provides destinations and providers with concrete tools to assess and improve their sustainability performance,
promotes this green action through the Slovenia Green brand.
Next year, the destination of Kranjska Gora will be reassessed for the renewal of the Bronze Label, and for the needs of the assessment we would need the help of the destination’s visitors.
