CLOSURE OF THE TOMINŠKOVA ROUTE TO TRIGLAV

In accordance with Article 16 of the Mountain Routes Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No.61/2007), the Slovenian Mountaineering Association and the Ljubljana Matica Mountaineering Association hereby announce that a section of the highly demanded mountain trail Spomenik (1009 m)-Kozja dolina-Begunjski studenec (2080 m) (Tominškova trail) will be CLOSED between 14 July 2023 and 18 July 2023 and between 26 July 2023 and 30 July 2023. Urgent major maintenance work will be carried out on the mountain trail. Mountaineers are kindly requested to strictly observe the closure of the mountain trail and not to go on it, as they could endanger their safety as well as the safety of the markasts on the action. Thank you for your understanding.
