On Friday, 31 May 2024, at 19:00, we will watch Mira Marko’s documentary film at the Museum Evening as part of the Reading Club Reading the Mountains 2024.
Irena Cerar, editor, storyteller and writer, Ines Božič Skok, editor and mountaineer, Natalija Štular, curator and author of the award-winning book The Little Queen of the Great Walls, Mira Marko Debelak – Deržaj, and Mojca Volkar Trobevšek, film scriptwriter, editor and author, will talk about the great female mountaineer who inspired the film and the book, and about women in the mountains, their creativity and their power of (expression). Members of the reading club and all interested persons will also take part in the discussion.
