This December, the atmosphere in Kranjska Gora will be particularly magical as a series of festive events entitled Magical Kranjska Gora begins. A varied programme will enrich the events in Kranjska Gora every weekend, with events taking place every day between 25 and 31 December. In December alone, you can enjoy more than 30 events in Kranjska Gora.

The festive season will kick off with the switching on of the festive lights on 29 November at 19:00, marking the traditional opening of the Alpine Village. Several concerts by well-known music groups will take place in the Alpine village during December. Some events will be organised in the Vitranc Hall, which will also be the venue for major events. Special mention should be made of the pre-Christmas concert of Siddharta, which will fill the Vitranc Hall on 19 December. And let’s not forget the laughter lovers, as the comedy The Breakup Agency will be staged in the Vitranc Hall and is sure to make everyone laugh.

We have prepared a special programme for the little ones. From 29 November to middle of December, every day between 12 am and 5 pm, a Santa’s mailbox will be placed in front of the Ljudski dom, where children can drop off their letters and wishes. The first three Sundays in December will be reserved for children’s performances at the Ljudski dom. On December 21 at 10 a.m., children will enjoy entertainment with Romana Kranjčan at Ljudski dom, followed by the eagerly awaited arrival of Santa Claus. And to top it all off, on 31 December, a children’s New Year’s Eve party will be held in the Vitranc Hall.

For a grand end to December, the New Year’s Eve party with the Saša Avsenik Ensemble which will take visitors into the New Year at the Winners’ Square in Kranjska Gora with a joint countdown, music, and a great atmosphere.
