For the last time this year, the Film Under the Lime Tree event will take place in the courtyard of the Liznjek Homestead in Kranjska Gora.

This summer, we invite you to the courtyard under the lime tree at the Liznjek Homestead for the last time. On Friday, 8 September 2023, at 20:00, two DOCU TRAVELLING films will be screened. The first, entitled Grandma’s Sex Life, is an animated trip back to our grandmothers’ youth. The second, Film Horizon 80 – Metka, Meki, records the everyday life of an 81-year-old grandmother who, while preparing a meal, reminisces about her experience as a Maribor “gastarbajter”. You are invited, there is no entrance fee.

The evening is organised in cooperation with the DOKUDOC International Documentary Film Festival.

In case of bad weather, the films will be screened in the barn of the Liznjek Homestead.
