We love our guests. All of them. Even those a little special. We try to make them feel nice, to make them feel comfortable, to make the taste of traditional food original, so that they can enjoy it for several days in a row. And sometimes we “take off our traditional culinary clothes” and try new flavours and new combinations of ingredients and colours.
We are delighted that our guests return and come from far and wide to visit us. And we are even more delighted that our children, our little guests, are coming back and growing with us.
The iron repertoire of Kosobrin’s kitchen is traditional Slovenian food on a spoon: JOTA, TELEČJA OBARA, RIČET, GOLAŽ, GOBOVA JUHA and AJDOVI ŽGANCI. All dishes are made from fresh ingredients, without additives or flour, so we are happy to offer them to guests who are sensitive to gluten.
Jota and ričet, stews in which meat was traditionally cooked, are prepared without it. Meat or sausage is added afterwards, at the guest’s request, so these dishes can also be enjoyed by vegetarians.
