In the apartment house there are 5 apartments suitable for 2 to 4 people. In each apartment there is a bedroom, bathroom with toilet and shower, dining area, kitchen and living room. All apartments except the apartment in the basement have a balcony. one parking space.

In the basement there is also a sauna and a common room for 15 to 20 people.
